Another week has passed us already? Whew - Where did it go? Well, I'm happy to announce that I have a new friend to introduce to you all. I found her writing blog, The Girl Who Wears My Shoes, some time ago. This woman has the ability to pull you in to her story, finding an understanding of who she is and where she's from. Her profile photo always brings a smile to my face and a hug from my heart. Since following Tricia, I've found many, many, similarities in our lives. She says that she has just begun taking photos (maybe learning the what's about it) but I've been looking at her pictures for a little while and have enjoyed every one that she's shared.
She takes pictures worthy to be in a beautiful frame and hung on the wall.....
Thanks Heather for being so generous. You’ve always been encouraging and supportive of me even before I started my photo blog. I appreciate it more than I can say.
I absolutely stink at being in the spotlight. (Phew! This is almost like being back in school and having Miss Adams call on me to go to the blackboard and write out a math problem—while the whole class looked at me!)
My name is tricia and I have lived in northern California for almost 20 years now. It is an area of diverse and incredible beauty. I’m new to the world of photography, but I’m loving every minute of it. Each shot is a learning experience, but I truly enjoy the process. I try to get out at least a couple times a week and take as many pictures as possible. I will be sharing a lot of them on my new photo blog. I look forward to the day my photos will reflect the enchantment of this part of our amazing planet.
This is a shot of Manzanita Lake in Lassen Volcanic National Park in northern California.
I would love to have you drop by and take a look at my little piece of the earth as I see it. So without any more jabber here's a link to my new home. I do hope you will visit.
One Sweet Shot
Thanks again Heather.

What a great photo. I love it. The water is so serene and cool looking. Looks like a nice place to hang out and enjoy your surroundings.
